I have not sat in Y on one of these birds since about 2015, but I seem to recall plenty of legroom in row 18 back then - I'm 6'2 and could fully stretch out without the bulkhead bothering me. I would pick 18H over 18D due to the possibility of a bassinet in 18D. I’ve observed the side seats from the row in front a few times and they really do look quite decent. I don’t know much about rows 30 and 31, but the lavs will get very busy there guaranteed.
