My upcoming YYZ-YVR flight just got changed from a 320 to a 77W

I have not sat in Y on one of these birds since about 2015, but I seem to recall plenty of legroom in row 18 back then - I'm 6'2 and could fully stretch out without the bulkhead bothering me. I'm assuming that is no longer the case? I'm on a comfort fare and they put me in 18D, but 18H and 31C or 30D are also available. Any recommendations on the best bet?
