It comes in a plastic packet (doesn't weigh much) and is called 'Clorox Disinfecting Cleaning Wipes'. They come 30 in the packet at about any grocery store. I carry along a packet for making sure that hotel bathrooms (especially the door and toilet handles) are truly clean. I would use one or 2 prior to putting down your own changing pad nearly anywhere on the planet. In a pinch you can also use Purell hand cleaner to clean a surface. I always have a bottle of that along. Have stayed much healthier when traveling thanks to this stuff and highly recommend it to all travelers.
