There isn't a single person on Flyertalk who would pay $5k to fly Royal Air Maroc, but if you want to think of that as your "savings" go ahead...

The cash element isn't substantially more than an IB J reward would cost anyhow, so that's not a bad deal if your final destination is Morocco on peak dates...
