Data point - new account created on the Sunday. I booked 10 legit flights I planned to take (actually 11 flights but 10 bookings). ID sent Monday evening and again when requested on Wednesday. Received email saying still looking and wait a few days. No email received since but miles in.
Also so signed up 5 family members with 10 one way domestic flights each. All sent in ID on Monday then again on Wednesday. 1 account deleted because duplicate (definitely not duplicate and everything done right), 2 got ‘inconsistencies’ emails and 2 have heard nothing.
Glad my new account has received something!
But have you tried to make an award booking? I get as far as flight selection and receive a message telling me to calll the service center.
