If you can get airside at 11pm... sadly the AI domestic checkin counters only open at 2.30am. The GVK lounge has a seating area towards the back that has benches you can sleep on, but those are taken rather quickly and pretty uncomfortable.

If i arrived with no baggage and a boarding pass for my connecting flight, then
1. Can I access an intnernational lounge for a few hours?
2. If not can I get into the DOM terminal and if so would be lounges be open?
