If you arrive at 7:30am for a 9:50am flight, you should be fine, especially if you head straight for the pre-clearance area.

However, traffic to DUB can be...unkind...in the morning. Be sure to leave yourself plenty of time for travel to DUB, especially if coming from central Dublin.
