PVG as the gateway went away when DL entered into JV with KE. Yes MU and PVG will still be a gateway to Asia, but not to extent it was previously thought of.

As for delays in China. All airspace is owned by the military who has 100% control. This is a known issie that effects all airlines, regardless of time of day.
