I just completed a survey of my recent flight from FCO-AMS with KLM. The first part of the questionaire was the normal questions about the flight etc...however, after completing the whole flight part, at the end after this, there were some additional questions about carry on's. It mainly comprised of
- what do you normally carry onboard (a few options provided)
- when do you normally go to the gate (early, late, etc)
- how would you feel if you were asked to check in your bag at the gate
- what if the rules were implemented to restrict carry on's and you had to pay
- will you still fly with KLM if you had to pay for your carry on's

Not sure where this survey is indicating.. but i tried to be as negative as possible if they change the current situation to those like the LCC's.
