Thanks Max, for taking the time to give us your input. I fear that day, i know we cannot say it anymore but we were pampers and treat like loyal customers with the Fairmont Hotels. Now some will probably give their input about:give them time to adjust bla bla bla ... In business there's no time you do it properly or you are out of business. I'm surprised even with the same staff mostly that the treatment for their members degraded that fast. I know a lots of staffs moved /change but to see services going downhill it's scary. Still trying to get the bonus and my certs in order then will be done.
It's just funny that in term of business no other chain decide to open up welcoming open heart those with steady members. I know the next destroy moved coming too with Marriot man oh man another mess ... maybe at this point we should regroup those members and create one special chain !!!
