I would be careful with booking AirBnB in Singapore. Short term lets in Singapore are still illegal (periods of less than 6 months for HDB flats and 3 months for private flats). There are many stories online of people having their bookings cancelled day or two before they were due to arrive (presumably as the hosts get scared). You are then left with no accommodation and very expensive last minute hotels.
