I don't have the itinerary with exact connection timing handy, but it's ORD-ADD on ET and about an hour later, another ET flight from ADD-JNB.
I have emailed a couple of clinics in Rome and Prague and will likely just show up in person when their business hours commence.
Too bad I can't make use of the Bangkok Red Cross clinic; I have read good reports about it, but the timing is just too tight to and from BKK between my connections.

And that only applies to a connection at ADD under 12 hours where you stay on the premises of the airport. If your connection goes wrong and you stay at a hotel room outside the airport, you would need to have the vaccination. So I agree getting the YF inoculation is probably a wise choice.
