BA will only allow a change +/- 2 days. Changing origin/destination or combining bookings is out of the question.

The only time they would change origin/destination is in the case of a cancellation, and then only to another destination within 300 miles. Combining bookings just cannot be done.

LATAM does not through-check on separate tickets.
