Minor schedule change on split 241 booking

I have used a 241 to book LHR-SCL in J then GRU-LHR in F. I booked the return online then had half the Avios refunded, so the outbound and inbound are two separate bookings. We didn't want to be in Sao Paulo, but missed out on return flight from SCL - we have a Latam flight SCL-GRU, booked on Avios. Originally we had just over 4 hours in GRU - we've just had a schedule change on the GRU-LHR flight bringing departure 20 minutes earlier, meaning for 3hr 45min transit. I am aware that it isn't a big change, it just increases my level of anxiety a bit. My question is what I could get BA to agree to as a result of this schedule change?

I'm presuming that we could change to the next day, since there is reward availability, without paying a change fee?

Would we have any joy asking to change to a flight back from GIG the next day, also available? (trying to decide on whether a day in Rio would be sufficient to make up for missing out on F)

I'm presuming there is no way of getting BA to put the SCL-GRU flight into the same booking as the onward flight, to allow through checking of luggage and protection?

I'm also assuming there's no hope of getting to change to SCL-LHR (much further and no availability)?

Any other ideas I should look at?

Thanks
