I am pretty sure the GVK lounges will be open and if you are flying J then you should have access to one of them. I am not sure if they would be bearable for 9 hours, but they are beautiful lounges. Wifi is speedy, food is good and finding seating shouldn't be a problem. In case you don't want to spend on the transit hotel, this is a decent alternative
