Having never flown PEY, I was curious to see what it would be like when I flew the same route as OP.
I have nothing to add other than that I was astounded to see how decidedly "un-premium" Premium Economy was.
Crew were great though, and for some reason chose to greet me personally after settling in (even though I was still a lowly Silver
), much to the confusion of my seat mate .
