Hi all. I searched but couldn't find this (surprisingly). Does the AMC status mileage earn bonus (e.g. extra 90% for plat) apply to (A) all United flights, regardless of codeshare or (B) only United metal ANA codeshares? And what about (C) ANA metal purchased as United codeshare?
