I prefer row 2, I like the storage in front of me and having access to my stuff the entire flight if I want. I might get up once during a flight so disturbing the person next to me (usually my husband anyways) isn't a huge issue. I like that I can stick my foot out and pull my purse towards me if I want my phone, kindle, chapstick, candy, medicine, whatever might come up when we still have to remain seated.
