The menu made no distinction between breakfast for diamond and breakfast for gold, and two different staff persons at the restaurant told me the the tokens (for gold and diamond) have different appearances but identical value. Having said all that, your breakfast for diamond had one more pastry but less fruit than my breakfast for gold. I would guess the difference was related to a different preparer rather than the status of the diner, but who knows?
There was a different $10 breakfast that omitted the pastry and had a lot more fruit (but no watermelon).
