No warning at all, was caught off guard when the card simply didn't work. Called the bank, but was given the number of the infamous "Keith". He acted professionally but nevertheless wouldn't budge, basically stating that more than one gift card is "too many". I was doing a moderate volume, a few cards a week. The shutdown happened after I bought three cards at Simon mall. That might have been what did it, but could be just a coincidence, who knows. My advise is don't keep too many points unused with them if you're buying gift cards. You will lose them if you get shut down.
