I've bought r/t Schipol - Amsterdam Zuid, and it's always cost € 9.60. Pleasant surprise to see it € 4 cheaper at € 5.60.
5.60€ is the normal price if you pay with an ov-chipkaart or buy it through ns.nl

AMS Centraal gates were always closed after a certain time of the day, if you buy tickets online you should be getting a QR code which you can scan at
some of the gates to enter.
