A rating is always subjective, thatīs someting you canīt change. So I believe they try to fade out the service. But we all know how hard it is to sort out if a restaurant is a good 2 star or 3 star. And in such a situation I can imagin that food in a restaurant with good service simply tastes a notch better or you mention minimal failures with bad service. Itīs something I canīt proof but for me itīs plausible.
