Airlines are flying bus operators. In fact a good chunk of AC's fleet has the word "Bus" all over it. Never heard anyone say greyhound is prestigious.
The term concierge being applied to an Air Canada employee today is like calling a McDs cook a chef, or an office janitor a Disease Control Assurance Officer.
