Frankly, this is by far the most conspicous violation of the first amendment that I had seen in years. It is obvious to anyone who knows anything that given his dress and position he wanted to look like an Abu Gharib prisoner and not a man with a bomb. I would SERIOULSLY sue the Boston PS if I was him. Actually, if we had an attorney general with any class h'ed initiate action.
