Yes ... but, I presume its easy to have a generator powered backup or large APS to deal with electricity.

A city water outage, on the other hand, is much more difficult, particularly if they don't know how long it will last.

Wonder if properties have agreements with each other to deal with the hotel equivalent of IRROPS. I suppose in many cases, the hotel operator may have other operations in the same area, even if they are with different brands.
