I just got the same email

Due to security reasons, we have proceeded to block your Iberia Plus account IB YYYY, in order to activate your account, you must attach a signed copy of your ID/Passport, associated to your account.
We are sorry to inform that we have detected inconsistencies in your bookings; therefore, it is not possible for us to credit the promotional Avios into your account. As an exceptional case, you can request the total refund of your bookings (no extra charges).

I was a victim of Iberia creating multiple accounts because I got an error when signing up (see posts above in this thread). Also located in Canada (tickets purchased from the Spain site). I think I have an uphill battle to get them to recognize this and send me the points so I’m going to admit defeat and go for the refund. And yeah... probably won’t be flying Iberia again any time soon.
I cant say for sure which email this was in response to. There were a few over the last several days after my account was locked and deleted.
