Just got response email (locked new account, sent in all required verification info). They said they will not honor it due to "inconsistencies in my bookings". On which date did you send in all the required verification info (which i presume is your passport scan, form, and ticket confirmation)?
I am wondering if they are processing the emails received in chronology manner
