Scary website glitch--Most of my reservations are missing
Logged in this morning and was shocked to see only 4 reservations listed in my account (when there should be over 30).
The common denominator for the missing reservations seems to be that they are rooms I booked in multiples (2 or, in most cases, 3 at a time). ALL of these reservations are missing. The only reservations I can see are for rooms that I booked one at a time.
I called the old Plat Premier number and got a human being pretty much right away (at least something is working!). They can see my reservations, but they do not know why I cannot see them. They contacted web support. I am, apparently, the first person to report this problem.
I was told that they will try to have it fixed by the end of the day, or Monday at worst. I hope they're right. I need to actively manage my reservations and I cannot do it if I can't see them in my account.
I assume someone working on the integration broke something, and that it will be fixed once they are aware of the problem.
