Hi All,

I'll be in Los Angeles for an event on a Saturday, but have sunday and monday free. I'll be leaving California out of John Wayne airport. I hate Los Angeles and would like to stay Sunday and Monday in a nicer, non-Los Angeles community convenient to the John Wayne airport (within 45 min drive). I'm thinking Laguna Beach or similar type area, but open to an inland, resort type place. Any suggestions for an upscale, relaxing, hotel or resort in the area?
