BTW at least if cold it won't be too dry. Which is probably why it looks good on the picture.......

This "halibut" or whatever was excellent the first time I had it on the first April trip (post 2122) but was not on the same flight about a week later.

As I wrote in post 2132:
"Warm fish.....on an ice cold plate. Again.

Also, this halibut dish was nothing like the one from the previous AC 18 posted upthread. The piece was much smaller, the sides were bland, most especially the peas-carrots-rice. Also rather uninspiring. The menu said it was pumpkin but I can tell you it had no taste."
