I really like this halibut dish, just as I did the first time months ago. Veggies were crisp.
Only problem - it was all cold.
Halibut out of Taiwan? Either it's a local fish that's similar, or it is imported, which sounds unlikely. I wonder if looking at the Chinese menu the fish would be more identifiable. (In this instance French won't help...)
BTW at least if cold it won't be too dry.
Which is probably why it looks good on the picture.
Yogurt from Hsinchu? I thought they only had heavy metal and rice paddies there.
But cows?
