It would vary depending on your email service but in my case simply select the email and then a number of icons appear. To delete you would just tick the ones you dont want to read or keep then click the bin icon ( circled in image). Like I said this will look different depending on who you use for emails. You can also unsubscribe from a sender however I fear with BA you then risk this becoming a 'catch-all' and ending up not getting emails you do actually need or want.
