If you really want to game it I suppose you could sit on a small bag or put it behind your back (kind of like a back support cushion) while the FAs are going round and pull it out once they sit down, but why would you want to? Anything that small would probably only have enough capacity to fit stuff that can probably be squeezed into your seat pocket anyway.
