I'm not very technologically minded, so would be grateful for some help: If BA sends you an email concerning a forthcoming trip about which you do not think you then need to be reminded, do email providers offer an easy facility to delete the email without you having to read it?

Or, in other words, is BA's email policy another case of "damned if they do, and damned if they don't"?
