I discovered recently in this thread that it's possible the emails are notifying you of a change in flight times - I used to ignore them, but now I have to check my booking after each one I receive to work out if there's been a change (because obviously the emails don't highlight this) or if the email is just spam.

Not sure that this discovery has really improved my life much, to be honest!!
