I'm pretty surprised at that feedback on Hilton. This is off-topic. Have you written down any experiences that you could point me to? I'm an earned Hilton Diamond and haven't yet really got any benefit out of the programme - but I've been restricting my Hilton usage to uninspiring hotels so wouldn't necessarily expect much.
