Many many years into being Gold and several hundreds of flights with BA behind me and what really infuriates me are BA’s ‘Your departure’ emails (example of one received today for flight in December!!).
When will BA stop patronising it’s most frequent flyers in that way? These emails are surely useful for someone flying once or twice a year but please please, BA, let common sense prevail and at minimum give us the option to opt out of this spam.
