Try messaging MR on Facebook. Be very brief. Example: "I have already spent hours on the phone and on hold but gotten nowhere. Marriott has pulled points twice for the same reservation and seems incapable of understanding and/or correcting the error. Can someone please reach out to me and help?" You might want to post something on Marriott Insiders, too.
