I was in Berlin trying to contact Piss aka Whizz on my life airlines... no customer service number and no lost luggage number at CPH. I immediately follow orders from there agents to fill out a form. Process is they will contact me in 30 days!?!??!!! No chance of info on bag before! I found some friends who knew a Whizz employee. Without coincidence my complaint form was finally responded to on June 28th. 28 days later!! They are now not responding saying I don’t have a lost luggage form. But I have my boarding pass and my luggage tags. What kind of circus ... clown airline is this? I mean what the actual *^%#%^**?!!!!!!???!!!
QUESTION - What would you do at this point??
Welcome to FT. Your post makes no sense to me at all. EasyJet (and I suspect Whizz Air) does not have interline agreements with anyone, so your luggage would never have been put on the next flight, which must have been on a separate ticket. When you self-construct these things you are entirely responsible for everything. The part about illness (needless to say???) is confusing; were you too ill to get on the EasyJet flight? Too ill to pick up your bags? Can you repost the actual sequence of events in a way that is easy for someone to understand? I think the bottom line is that you will eventually be reunited with your bags that are sitting in a storage area at CPH. There will not be any compensation. Incidentally, what does your travel insurance cover?
