Pretty disappointed in BP offering on the 787 flight to IAH today. My first on a 787, mental note to avoid. Very much prefer the BP set up on the 777.

Seating arrangment seemed very cowded and much more compact than other BP offerings from Air NZ. How could they make it so noticeably different?
