I expect they don't. The LCC's are generally point to point carriers.
OP does not state if the 2 flights were on 1 ticket or separate tickets and how much time between flights. If purchased from an OTA they may have been separate tickets.

Any lost luggage must be reported to the airline at the airport. They give a tracer number.
