Yes, my Credit is 713 4 with 4 year credit line. I could imagine why they wouldn't approve me. I have opened 5 cards in 8 months, which may be deterring them. Everything is paid off in full so there isn't much risk.
Be sure there isn't an error in your SS#. Also, if there's little or no history of you actually carrying debt then that can be a deterrent when you open a flurry of cards at once. Again, it's up to them. Just hope for the best, I guess.
