Unfortunately UA is banning carseats from the new Polaris seats, despite this being against FAA policy. Clearly UA learned nothing from Jan Brown and the UA 232 crash.
So wait, you can't bring a carseat on to a Polaris configured aircraft? This can't be right. Is there a link or something?
