So as a test we switched where we were getting AS seat maps to a different reservation system (we have access to multiple) and it seems to work correctly there. Please take a look and let us know if that fully corrects the issue and/or if it causes any others.
It looks to be matching what AS shows for all of my upcoming flights now. Will keep an eye out and let you know if there's anything strange showing. Thanks for looking into this!!!
