Approved today after moving some credit around and explaining why I had not been using Jet Blue (travel pattern changed). Initial application went to review and got call today, July 4th. Talked with guy about having to work on the 4th and other topics before we ever discussed review and he didn't ask for any documentation although I was prepared to give EIN registration, payment records, estimated tax payments etc.
