A couple of things:

1. She may not be allowed on the plane if she’s too advanced. Each airline’s policy varies, check them first. She will inevitably need an obstetrician’s certificate.

2. No travel insurance will cover you that late in the pregnancy as you will be well into 3rd trimester.
