It was a gate upgrade and someone just (hand)wrote on my friends bp "coupon upgrade" it's now been two days and the coupon is still on my account. I was actually planning to complain (worked before when I was in a similar situation) as we didn't manage to carry extra bags and my friend was not allowed to use the A3 lounge at ATH during her layover, but if they don't remove the coupon then there is no reason
