Itsa messy drive especially after a long overnight trip. I would take a taxi to NYC Penn Station. Buy a ticket and ride Amtrak to Phila 30 St station. Buy a $2 ticket ($1 if a senior) on the R1 line (in the rr station or on the train) to the Philly airport (they run every 20 min) or take a taxi for about $18. You can buy a combo rr ticket but it often confuses the Amtrak people.
