I'm trying to get our corporate travel agent to book the below flights for me (what would strike me as a plain-easy itinerary is clearly proving to be a particularly onerous task for our agent...) but it seems that no availability can be found, which is somewhat odd as I am clearly able to replicate this on lufthansa.com and availability (Business Saver only) smoothly shows up -

Any idea on how to deal with this, would the Matrix codes (not an expert within this field but I could look into it) work? I've already told them about lufthansa.com (I've even sent them a screenshot) but they insist that that no availability [for those specific flights] is showing on 'their systems'. I can't book the flights myself because of the 3-days within the date of travel's rule (internal SOP) and so I have to go through line manager's approval (✓) and indeed leave it to the corporate travel agent.
