That's actually what the lady from IB suggested.
But the last time I tried registering for Avios.com, my account was immediately blocked for having an invalid address (entered a London hotel's data)...
The addresses on both accounts have to match when you combine Avios anyway, regardless of which schemes you are transferring from/to.
